If your item is faulty, damaged, or has defects like stains, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup. I will offer a replacement or, if that’s not possible, a refund. Please ensure the item is returned to me before a refund is processed.

Exchanges are only available if the item is faulty or damaged. I do not offer exchanges for items that are returned due to personal preference, such as a change in size or color. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Once the faulty item is returned to me, I will process the refund as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

If the item is faulty due to my error, I will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning the item for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

If the item you want is out of stock, I will offer you a choice of either a full refund or an exchange for another item. Please let me know which option you prefer, and I’ll assist you in the process.
